For me, mentorship is a two-way street. While I am excited to share my knowledge and help someone build their skills, I also see this as a fantastic opportunity to sharpen my own leadership, active listening, and communication skills. Working with a mentee often brings fresh perspectives and new ideas that challenge my own way of thinking. I want to become a mentor to contribute to someone else's growth while continuing to grow myself.

​As a project manager, I have spent a lot of time to mentor our contractor and Process engineer on execution time. Then after complete project we also keep working on training and hand over it to mass production as also a big mentor experience. As a Supplier Quality Manager, my mentoring experience spans both internal teams and external partners. Internally, I coach junior quality engineers on mastering root-cause analysis tools like 8D, 5-Why, and PFMEA, helping them transition from reactive problem-solving to proactive risk mitigation. Externally, I act as a mentor to key suppliers—especially their quality and production leads. By guiding them through our quality standards, PPAP requirements, and continuous improvement frameworks, we've been able to significantly reduce defect rates and build stronger, more collaborative partnerships.
