I'd like to share tips and advice with young professionals, especially women, on how to navigate their careers in STEM. This is knowledge you don't learn at school or university, yet it's important to acquire early in your career, so you can steer it consciously rather than just let it happen. I also genuinely enjoy working with young professionals and hope to learn something from them in return. Last but not least, I had a great time studying at AGH (1999–2007, MSc, PhD), and I'd simply like to give back what the university gave me as a student.
