My experience studying at AGH, combined with navigating the Polish and international job market, has given me a strong grasp of the processes, paperwork, and applications required in both academic and professional settings. Over the past few years, I have also built a broad network of professionals across various fields. While I have previously leveraged this network to informally guide friends and family, I am eager to use it to help potential mentees. Ultimately, I find great fulfillment in sharing my experiences and knowledge to help others successfully navigate their own career paths.

I joined Partner’s Krakow office five years ago, welcoming the opportunity to collaborate with an incredible team. At the time, the branch primarily supported outsourced US environmental site assessments, with minimal presence in Europe. Over the last few years, I’ve helped in growing our European operations. Today, we manage thousands of environmental site assessments, technical due diligence, ESG, energy performance, and construction monitoring projects across EMEA and APAC, supported by a dedicated team of 35 professionals.
